Probiotic-Rich Breakfast Smoothie

What you'll need:

  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 250ml reduced fat milk
  • ½ cup natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats

Method:

Blend all the ingredients together and add some water and/or ice to achieve the desired consistency. Easy!
