Sycamore Health Sippy Downs offers boutique specialist medical, allied health and aesthetic suites for hire. Located close to the Sunshine Motorway and Bruce Highways, this newly built facility is convenient and easily accessible for your patients or clients.

Serviced by a large central reception, there are 6 spacious consulting spaces, all with unique sizing and features. There are 2 large minor-surgery spaces with concertina doors to expand into one large space.*
Consulting rooms have been appointed with a modern approach to treatment. Both practitioner and client are met with beautifully designed joinery that creates a peaceful and functional space. South facing natural lighting illuminates the whole clinic, softened by elegant sheer curtains.
Reception is comfortable, functional and stunning. A feature hand-crafted tasmanian oak vertical facade separates the generous booth seating from the reception counter. Height-increased seating at the side accomodates those with mobility difficulties, as well as reserved space for wheelchairs. Coffee and tea lovers will adore the artfully designed recessed coffee station, with plumbed italian espresso machine and Zip instant boiler/chiller.
Reception joinery features an oversized seamless workspace for dual occupancy, with individual inbuilt sit-to-stand tables. Managers have access to all of the suite space inside the adjoining fluted glass office. Already visually private, the large sliding glass door seals for added auditory privacy. Staff facilities include a separate kitchen and lounge space. Storage and laundry are generously sized and make onsite sterilisation simple.
Rentals include use of these facilities as well as common ammenities (such as toilet, showers and lockers) and Internet, I.T. and printing services.
Located on Level 3 of the HQ building at 1 Courage Street, there is a dedicated commercial lift and stairwell. Free lower basement, ground level and adjacent street parking is available. Dedicated spaces are optionally available.

Room rates are dependant on many factors, including contract options, room choice and staffing/parking arrangements. There are fixed half-day and day rates, as well as billable/earning options. Yes. Contract arrangements have provisions for bringin your own practice staff (such as reception or managers). There are spaces available for your staff to work with you at the Sycamore Suites.
